• The steam rice steamer cabinet is entirely made of SUS304 stainless steel, with insulation glass wool filled in the door panel.
• External Dimensions: 120*70*185 cm (±10 cm)

• The outer and inner layers of the cabinet and cabinet door are made of SUS 304# 0.8mm / 0.7mm stainless steel sheets.
• The inner and outer layers of the cabinet are insulated with 50mm thick glass wool, which provides significantly better insulation than conventional foam layers.
• The shelf cabinet is made of SUS 304# 1.2mm stainless steel plates.
• The racks are made of 5mm stainless steel tubes, with adjustable height.
• There are 5 layers of shelves inside, with an interval of approximately 23 cm (each layer can hold about 15 pieces of 1/1 GN pans).
• The cabinet is supported by four adjustable stainless steel legs.
• The cabinet is sealed with high-temperature resistant gaskets to prevent leakage, and the door handle is a tight-fitting half-moon shape made of stainless steel.
• The temperature controller operates on single-phase 110V power.
• The steam pipe is 6mm, equipped with a solenoid valve, pressure gauge, and 1/2” drain valve (inlet pressure must not exceed 4kg).
• The steam box can be controlled automatically by the steam solenoid valve or manually by operating the ball valve to control steam entry.
• Once the set time is reached, the buzzer will sound an alarm, and the solenoid valve will automatically shut off.
• Shelf Layers: 5 layers, capable of holding 30 meal boxes of 523215cm.
• Frame: 304 stainless steel plates with a thickness of 1.2mm or more.
• Shelf: 304 stainless steel plates with a thickness of 0.8mm or more.
